Guide to check in Hội An properly to be “healed” by Hội An
🌤️ 1. It is best to go from 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM
This is the golden hour because the shops are still closed, very few tourists, you can comfortably take photos without worrying about people in the background. The morning sunlight is also very beautiful, not too glaring and harsh, making for stunning colors!
📍2. Photo spots
Mót tea shop, Moments cafe, Faifo cafe (which is a cafe on high ground overlooking the rooftops), all the shops. I take advantage of taking photos early in the morning when the sun rises, and when I get tired, I go into cafes to rest and recharge for more shooting =)))
👗3. Outfit: Prioritize light colors like white, beige,... and add a hat
🚲 4. Ride a bike both to leisurely stroll around the old town and to carry photography equipment instead of straining your shoulders
Hội An is very beautiful and poetic. I stayed in Hội An for 4 days and 3 nights, going out to stroll around the old town every morning and evening without getting bored.
Next time I will definitely stay in Hội An longer during the rice season! This time the rice is no longer there, so it’s a bit sad 🥹
