⚡ Ram Đẻn Biển is one of the unique specialties of the Quảng Bình coastal region that makes many tourists curious to try it just by hearing its name. “Đẻn biển” is a type of sea snake, which local people prepare into many delicious dishes, the most prominent of which is ram đẻn.
The meat of the đẻn after being processed will be marinated well and then wrapped with rice paper and fried until golden and crispy.
