🌊 There are beaches that look beautiful in pictures, but when you get there, they seem ordinary. Bảo Ninh Beach is the opposite — in real life, it can easily captivate you even more.

The first time I came here, what I remember most is not the check-in spots or the crowded eateries, but the very pleasant feeling. The sea is vast, clean, the waves are not too strong, and especially the atmosphere is quite peaceful. Just standing for a moment makes your mind feel much lighter.

The afternoon at Bảo Ninh is beautiful in a very "everyday" way. The sun sets slowly, the orange light covers the sea, and the breeze is just cool enough. You don't need to do much, just walk along the sandy shore or sit and listen to the waves is enough to relax. It's the kind of feeling that's hard to find in the city.

If you go a little earlier, you will see the scene of basket boats coming ashore, locals untangling nets and selling seafood right on the beach. Squid, clams, shrimp… all very fresh. The seafood restaurants here are not too fancy but the food is very appealing because it has the true taste of the sea. Eating while listening to the waves, you naturally feel the meal is much better.

What I like about Bảo Ninh is that it’s not too noisy. There are still cafes by the sea to chill, still beautiful spots for photos, but everything maintains a comfortable atmosphere without being overcrowded like many other famous tourist spots.

📍 If you are looking for a place to rest for a few days, sleep early, listen to the sea, and temporarily forget your phone… then Bảo Ninh is truly a place worth trying at least once.
