January - April: Little rain, gentler flow, water clear as jade, trees begin to sprout, lush green and flowers bloom white in the forest.

June - August is the beginning of the rainy season in Cao Bang, with the waterfall having a large flow. You will encounter waves of water crashing down in a white foam. However, if there are floods, people should not go because the water is muddy and flows strongly, getting close can be dangerous.

September - October is when Trung Khanh enters the rice harvest season.
