1. DETAILED ITINERARY + 

DAY 1: HÀ GIANG – THÁC SỐ 6 (DINNER)

Pick up guests at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel located in the center of Hà Giang city.

Depart for Thác Số 6, Phương Độ commune – a hidden gem amidst the wilderness.

Experience unique activities:

Artistic check-in at each destination with a professional photographer and flycam – each moment is not only captured but also narrated through high-quality images.

Participate in the program “Flower Hairpin Festival – showcasing the beauty of highland girls”

Relax in nature with a pristine waterfall bathing experience.

Dress in traditional ethnic clothing, transforming into a local native.

Evening: Culinary & spiritual harmony

Enjoy dinner with ethnic cuisine, a menu of highland specialties.

Engage in local cultural exchanges: Then singing (additional costs may apply depending on the group's needs)

Campfire, participate in traditional games.

Return to the hotel for rest.

DAY 2: HÀ GIANG – XÀ PHÌN (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)

Journey to explore the culture of the Red Dao ethnic group

Pick up guests at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel.

Travel to Xà Phìn village, Phương Tiến commune – Vị Xuyên district.

Experience the traditional welcome of the Red Dao people, check-in, and enjoy tea.

Exclusive experience:

Visit a centuries-old ancient tea tree.

Hand-pick tea leaves and learn how to make traditional tea.

Highlight experience:

Listen to the story of the round cake – a symbol of the round sky and square earth, associated with the coming-of-age ceremony and the bond between the Tày and Dao people.

Directly pound, mold, and wrap cakes with local artisans – using fragrant sticky rice, young banana leaves, and rustic forest twine.

Enjoy cakes – sip ancient tea, savor the highland flavors in the cozy space of a stilt house.

Lunch at a Red Dao stilt house, enjoying local agricultural products and specialties.

Afternoon: Explore traditional Tày festivals and crafts

Participate in a traditional (simulated) initiation ceremony and listen to folk tales.

Stroll to the sacred fish pond – where the Red Dao people worship as “the sacred treasure of the mountains and forests.”

Connect with nature while feeding the fish – the fish quietly rise to the surface, as if listening to the prayers.

Hear the folk legend about the inviolable fish pond, conveying a message of respect and protection of nature.

Check-in at the tranquil lake, with wildflowers reflecting on the surface, capturing serene moments amidst the wilderness.

Return to the city

Night tour:

Stroll through Hà Giang at night, enjoy coffee at Núi Cấm with a view of the city.

(Depending on guests' needs) rest at the hotel or experience a night meal and herbal bath of the Red Dao people.

Return to the hotel for rest.

DAY 3: HÀ GIANG – THUẬN HÒA (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)

Morning: Culture of Hà Giang city

Pick up guests at the hotel

Visit KM 0, 26/3 square.

Visit Hà Giang Museum – learn about the cultural depth of the northernmost land of the country.

Check out of the hotel

Explore the Miện River – where nature blends with culture

Travel to Thuận Hòa, Vị Xuyên district.

Cruise on the Miện River, feel the picturesque beauty of the mountains and rivers.

Check-in at the mini Tu Sản gorge, dressed in ethnic clothing.

Enjoy lunch, savoring regional specialties from the river and mountains.

Participate in activities:

Water volleyball

River bathing, playing with locals

Gather and say goodbye to the group. Depart back to Hà Nội.

The itinerary may change depending on actual conditions, but all attractions in the program will still be ensured.

2. TOUR PRICE INCLUDES +

Hotel according to the international 5-star standard program (2 people/room at the hotel, single guests will share a room or pay a single room fee)

4. CHILDREN'S PRICE POLICY +

Children under 2 years old are free of charge, sharing meals and sleeping with parents

Children 2 – 9 years old pay 90% of the adult price, have a separate meal, and sleep in the same bed with parents.

Separate bed payment is 100% of the adult price.

Children 12 years old and above are charged as adults.

NOTE: Customers aged 70 and above will pay an additional difference for premium insurance, and those aged 75 and above must have a health certificate for traveling abroad issued by a competent health authority and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old. 5. PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING FOR PASSPORT +

Clear photo of ID card, no glare on information, no missing corners, no external interference, JPG format.

ID card must be valid for more than 06 months from the date of the end of the tour

2. Soft file photo 4*6 with a white background, colored shirt (Do not wear a white shirt), ears and forehead exposed, no glasses, JPG format.

6. IMPORTANT NOTES +

The itinerary may change to suit the actual program during the tour but will still include all points.

The price applies to customers from 10 to 69 years old; those aged 70 and above will pay an additional difference for premium insurance, and those aged 75 and above must have a health certificate for traveling abroad issued by a competent health authority and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.

Services are booked and paid in advance, so if members separate from the group or do not use the service, there will be no refund.

Any changes must be agreed upon with the group leader; we do not accommodate individual changes.

If changes affect the itinerary, services (skipping attractions, dropping services...), guests must accept those arising costs. Changes must be based on feasibility and actual conditions.

During the journey, guests are not allowed to automatically bring family members or acquaintances onto the vehicle without prior service agreement with us – we reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.

General hotel regulations: check-in at 15:00, check-out before 12:00.

The tour usually does not have lunchtime and requires a lot of walking.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by guests.

If guests wish to separate from the group, please inform the tour sales staff at the time of tour registration.

In case guests are unable to exit and enter due to personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour money.

Guests under 12 years old need a guardian and authorization from relatives for the guardian with a stamp from the local authority.

Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery, if significantly different from the photo on the passport, please renew the passport – the travel company will not be responsible if guests are not allowed to exit Vietnam – or not allowed to enter the destination country.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY +

In all cases of cancellation, the additional costs are as follows:

Before 20 days of departure, compensation for train tickets, group visas is 50% of the tour value.

Cancellations from 15-20 days before the tour departure incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the tour value.

Cancellations within 24 hours to 14 days incur a cancellation penalty of 100% of the tour value.

In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, floods, or epidemics.

The company will not be responsible for compensating any additional costs other than refunding the tour money after deducting reasonable incurred costs.
