With the philosophy of “keeping the Vietnamese soul in every product,” Cocimo not only offers dishes rich in the flavors of home, such as Bamboo Tube Grilled Pork and Fermented Shrimp, but also expands its mission to teach traditional crafts, passing on the essence to the new generation – those who will continue the Vietnamese story with pride and creativity.
Through perseverance and dedication, Cocimo has made its mark with a “golden ticket” at Shark Tank, along with numerous prestigious awards in the 2024 startup competition organized by the Vietnam Women’s Union: First Prize at the District level, Second Prize at the City level, and National Encouragement Prize.
